American politicians always complaint about how the foreign bots are spreading misinformation on social media to American people.

Do the Americans do the same to others? Is that the reason why they fear others are doing the same to them?

Thank you @Thayagaran sir. I never thought of this way. When we complain that someone is evil and doing all this unreasonable things, we internally say that we don't do those things. Never thought that one could do the same to others and yet complain about others.

Its interesting on this news. The american leadership ( both trump and biden alike ), made it a number one priority to tell american citizens that the covid vaccine is a must and should be taken by all and the tax payers money will be used for it.

However, it ran a misinformation campaign in philipines that the chinese made covid vaccine should not taken. All this so that the philipino people will be so scared and will pay money to get the higher priced pfizer and moderna etc the American made vaccines from the Big Pharma.

Is this right, is it ethical. If vaccines in fact saved lives during covid, which the American leaders believed it did, didn't they put lot of people in harms way and cause deaths of those who could not take the vaccine.

Pharmaceuticals all over the globe would put promotional ads suggesting in subtle manner how the competitor's products are inferior vis-a-vis their product - the ulterior motive being profit.
