For patta and plan permit, 10% plot cost enf for these areas..? There was some plots available behind Reliance Pertrol bump, spkoil they quotes Rs 800 / sqft. but i did not visited the plot. please share your thought if you have any idea on this..? Regards, Raja
Re: annai builders-maraimalai nagar"s shri nagar area. you are talking about the lc40 road plan??. i think the acquisitions are over or in the process..that is why the land adjacent are gearing up for higher prices..again not sure.but according to a government notice i read sometime back in last year the acquisition were in place.. and i had posted an article from the hindu showing the plan of the roads..not sure in which thread. the new metro rail is confusing me everyday..but the rates are going up showing the new orr/irr/metro... chennai is gear for lot of revamp and when it going to be completed is a big question mark.. do your study of the area, and do not read it DO NOT...go for a desperate buy in fear of missing the bus..people tend to sell fast/cheaper when they have the fear of acquisitions..
Re: discuss area and projects :Singaperumal Koil raja, no worries. all the best for your construction..just now we were discussing in another thread the cost of construction..for a decent construction the rates have moved +20%. and for high end it is 1600:drowning:drowning..so budget accordingly. is this anyway jemi housing's layout?? i have been seeing this promoted for more than 8/9 months..

Is that worth to buy for that price..? there are very few house only constructed in that area.. hope so.. plz share your thought's on this... Sq foot rate in vandalur Jeayam construction is quoting 3750/sq ft for new house just opposite vandalur zoo. is it high? how much is per sq foot rate in that area?
Re: discuss area and projects :Singaperumal Koil Yes, some of them are asking for that price, stating mwc nearby. do check for the documents and other things..why don't you check out kayarambedu and surrounding guduvanchery, where you can get resale plots for 15/20lacs..lots of new projects coming up there..this is just a thought and not a suggestion..

Please share your thoughts on this.

Sorry to sound ignorant, where does brindavan avenue come..who are the promoters.. the rate looks reasonable..475 sq/ft isn't it. does it come after intimate fashions?? and if so does it come near the indiragandhi(?) society plots...
