    Dear friends,

    I am looking for flats in a gated community in and around Thoraipakkam. I find most of the flats completely booked and sold out.Finding a property is getting very tedious these days :( Would be great if you could share any flats / semi independent/ duplex flats for sale / re-sale availability in and around this area..

    Friends, I am looking for a gated community type flats/duplex houses in and around Thoraipakkam/Perugudi. Most of the properties seems to be sold before they could complete it and it is getting tedious getting a good property. Could you help me with available info/links and property you may know personally know.. Would be of great help !!

    Brand New flat for sale in thoraipakkam near jain college 1540 sq.ft 3 bhk with covered car parking Rs.3850 / sq.ft.

    Hi Shanvy... have booked a 3 BHK flat in Lotus pond by Vijayshanthi builders... want to know the rental options and the appreciation i wud get in 3 yrs... is it a good buy?

    We are planning to invest in a project near egret park in thoraipakkam area. i hear conflicting reports regarding the area. is this the same area that you have mentioned as" there is an area around the marshes where the water color is almost brown with contamination. " kindly clarify. i heard that the water is contaminated and air quality is also not good due to the nearby perungudi dumpyard. can anyone living there give some information on these aspects.
