Dilation and Cuterage( D &C ) : Questions, please help.

Hello all... m new to this forum.. i was 6 weeks pregnant and yest evening i starte bleeding.. and after having an ultrasound and tvs today morning.. i found out that there was no heart beat in the baby and i have been diagnosed as: "Uterus is anteverted and bulky in size. And Right ovary shows a cyst of size 20 x 10 mm and left ovary shows a cyst of size 19x13 mm. And Missed abortion also.
I have been told that i have had a miscarriage. I am 30 now and its over 2 years for my marriage now and we were trying to conceive since last one year... and finally i conceived in december.. but it all also went in vein.. m very sad now.. Tomorrow.. morning.. m goin to have a surgical abortion....

I wanted to know could the B/L Ovarian cysts cud have been the reason behind a miscarriage and what abt the bulky uterus.. could that be a reason too???
What are the chances to conceive again after a missed abortion in first pregnancy???
