    hii sujaram,

    you want to loss your hip and tummy. at first run daily 2 or 3 km then take little diet.dont eat eggs meat. and keep dieting.

    I am sorry to say this dear but u cannot expect any weight loss without exercise no matter how controlled your diet is. yes u can maintain your weight but not loose. I was in your situation for couple of years. Then i took running as part of my exercise regimen and do it atleast 4 days a week. I cam down from 80kgs to 65kgs. Goodluck to you on your weight loss efforts. Hope you see results soon!
