Diet for preventing cold ?

    Eat lots of brightly coloured fruit and vegetables
    Add garlic and onion to dishes
    Eat enough vitamin C

    one good thing i will suggest is to have oil bath regularly . that means twice in a week with hot water so that all the head gets dissipates you body will not get any cold , which will also makes your skin and hair glow .
