    In shocking revelations from SEBI, the regulator revealed that former National Stock Exchange chief Chitra Ramkrishna took advice from a Himalayan Yogi before for many years while serving as its CEO.

    The regulator also revealed that Ramkrishna took advice on issues ranging from financials and appraisals of the company's employees. This also included the hiring of Anand Subramanian as the COO of the company, including raising his salary.
