Ingredients:- Too dhal 1tbsp, tomato 2 no, garlic 6 pods fine chopped, ginger 1inch finely chopped, vegetables1 cup( carrot, beans, cabbage , cauliflower. Wat ever u like). Salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, ghee 2tbsp,corriander leaves for garnishing... Method of preparation:-. In cooker put dhal and turmeric powder with more cups of water.. once dhal cooked.. keep aside.. kept kadai on stove. Put ghee then add garlic, and ginger... Saut well then add tomato sauce well for 5 mins.. once tomato gets mashed ghee come out then add vegetables. Saut for some time then add dhal water... Kept stove sim. Close with lid.. wait for 5 or 10 mins... Then serve hot with garnishing pepper powder, corriander leaves... Yummy , tasty, healthy soup is ready.. here no starch or preservatives used.. too gud for kids...
