I will be calling you tonight
Hopefully, if I live that long.
Please pick it to make it bright
For me and sing that lovely song.

Meaningless! Yes this war is! But
All wars bring that empty feel
To all who'd vowed to get
Over their foes with a mind of steel.

What will you get after seeing
So many die around you? Huh!
Our life is far too worth living
Than dying. Often truth is raw.

There lies that beast in each of us
Which makes us to believe that we are
The best and forces us to mess
Things up, We end up as just mere.

Find someone kind and good for you.
Don't waste your life, just like me.
You don't have to remember me.
This letter may not reach you too!

Wow wow wow.... the ill effects of war and the beauty of hand written letter, intricately woven in the beautiful poem.
