I need Authentic Rajasthani Dal batti recipe, anyone from Rajasthan can you pls post the recipe.... I am living in qatar,last summer vacation i went to Rajasthan and tasted this recipe ....delicious. i am eagerly waiting to try this at home.
Daal - normal Tuvar + moong daal fry , Garnished with fried Onions and Corriander leaves.. Batti will be prepared with makka / bajri atta and Wheat Flour ( Equal proportion ) . U can also add in small quantities besan , rawa ). . Add salt , Cumin , Ajwain , baking soda .. Knead the flour , Add Cooking Oil in small quantity .. Make balls .. bake it in oven .. While seving add 1 - 2 spoon Ghee over bati as well as in Daal ..
