Daily Pregnancy Exercise And Diet : Lets Motivate

    In 3rd trimester, I'm really feeling importance of yoga.. had back pain for 2-3 days and out of fear, didn't do yoga. Then wen pain was bit less, yoga gave great relief from the same pain. Being active , wen everything is normal is important

    Currently I am on 7 week 3 days.
    My diet

    *Morning after brush half liter water
    *Milk with 2-3 biscuit/bread/rusk
    *breakfast: 10 pm upma/poha/idli etc
    * 11 o cl 1 cup milk and 1fruit
    *12:30: 6-7 soaked almond, 2 soaked walnut ,kaju 6 ,2 fig
    *2:30 lunch: 1 n half chapati, curry,curd ,rice
    *5 o cl :1 fruit and 1 cup milk
    *8:30 dinner same as lunch
    * 10 o cl : 1 cup milk

    Daily 2-3 liter ,15 min walk after breakfast,lunch and dinner..in between some time
    Correct me if something is wrong in my diet..:)

    Can anyone share some good video links for exercise . Also elders suggest mopping floor .. should we ?

    Sorry for late reply. There r many vdos on YouTube about prenatal yoga. But be careful about choosing one if u havnt done any yoga b4. Take expert opinion. I followed Lara duttas 25 min yoga routine in saregamawellness channel. It suited me n I was already trained and doing yoga since many years. Just be cautious. Walking is said to be very gud exercise in pregnancy. So if u have slightest doubt or fear abt any other form of exercise , walk daily.

    With 9th month starting, its getting very difficult to do exercise, rather turn around also in bed. Backache is quite severe for me. So concentrating on good diet and breathing . wen possible, walking or few exercises
