    :hello:Welcome to information sharing, debate and discussion platform called INDUSLADIES.
    2. Those believe in ancestral thinking on the subject and those who have been observant of chief deities in huge temple installed across India & the globe would always prefer to keep images of the Lord & Goddess facing Direction East or as alternate facing South.
    3. Anything along the direction of forces of magnetic lines is supposed to be good . It is path of least resistance. Earth Magnetic bar slitghly inclined to the line joining the poles of the earth.
    4. By the way, the locus of points of location of temples in a map for kalhasthi, Kanchipuram and Chidambaram fall on longitude - a straight line on the map.
