    Add methi leaves finely chopped, add oil 1 tbsp, besan/ kadalamaavu, salt, spices to flour and make as reg puris

    by the way along with coconut water, u are eating the white flesh or coconut that we use in chutney?

    hope you are not eating maggi noodles, that has a lot of wax..there was a thread in IL on not having it during pregnancy

    went out to relative's house

    BF: Ragi dosa at home, chitvish recipe
    pre noon: 2 small cookies
    Lunch : Chole, Aloo Mutter, Bhatura, Carrot halwa, pulav
    eve: 1 small bowl of black grapes, 1 apple
    Dinner: simple idli, utapa, chutney, sambhar
    milk with kesar before sleeping,
