its been long since posted the menu. yest-- brkft- vada with ginger chutney snacks- musk melon juice ( got nausea with that), apple lunch- khadi rice, snake gourd curry snacks- chana sundal dinner- rice, left over khadi, dosakai bharda ( made with fried and powdered moongdal, chanadal, toordal, jeera) today- bfst- upma badam lunch- mango pulihora, curd rice
bfst: aval upma snack: 1 apple lunch: semiya upma, pickle, curd pomegranate dinner: leftover upma, curd rice, cabbage poriyal
bf: masoor dhal, green moong dosa + milk lunch: baingan bharta, 1 chapathi, kadi + rice, 1 apple eve: tea+ khari biscuits dinner: methi Puri and aloo mutter, post dinner-orange
yest-- bfst- aloo tikki lunch- raw mango dal, capsicum curry, rice dinner-- brinjal fry, rice, curd, jaggery rice ( prasadam) snacks-- pista, 4 dates, bhel puri, oats jaggery laddu
today's menu BF: left over chapathi upma, banana, milk lunch: yde's left over beans dry veg, dal, chapathi eve: tea, then coconut water later dinner: dal chawal

SSM, How do u make Methi poori.. do we need to make similar to methi roti and deep fry it?
