Hiya Ladies this thread has gone thanda for a while...lets try and revive it... today's menu BF: Banana+ Muesli, boiled chana (yde's) half cup Lunch: Cauliflower, peas potato gravy, chapathi eve: coconut water Dinner: sabudana khichdi for MIL as she is fasting, Baingan bharta for me and FIL with chapathi

BF : Tomato rice 11 am - Neighbour aunty distributed Arai nellikkai from her garden.......... soo yummy it was.. 2 pm - Lunch - Rice, Bean and carrot poriyal, rasam, dal, Nukkol and drumstick kolambu. 4 pm - Sweet corn, tea Dinner : Lunch items continued with fried cashewnuts..as side dish, Curd
Arai Nellikai is the smaller amla is it?? we r also getting amlas a lot in the markets and all language channels are busy showing some or the other Amla/ nellikai based recipes\ I made grated amla pickle/ thokku 2-3 days back..has turned out well the water in which amla were boiled, i added it to fruit juice and gulped it down... today's menu BF: aloo,peas poha/ aval upma lunch: bhindi dry, dal, rice, chapathi dinner- mostly dry colocasia veg/ lunch's leftover I have reduced no of chapathis and instead taking cucumber/ beet more during lunch....lets see if i continue this habit

Varadhan hope you are adding veggies to semiya upma to make it more nutritious.. also try and have mini meals instead of large ones...like maybe a fruit or juice every 2-3 hours my menu 2de: BF : milk, semiya upma Lunch: chapathi, curd, yde's left over arbi dry, amla pickle at 3 p.m : 1 orange, 1 banana eve: 2 slice bread dinner- sambhar, plaintain curry, rice
SSM, Arai nellikkkai is small amla.. if its riped it taste very good.. (sweet and sour mixed) My Y'day menu, I was worried my weight is not increasing after completing 16 weeks too.. (actually it has reduced 2 kgs after the increase in the 12 weeks weight) So adding extra calories from yday 7:30 am big glass of milk with Momplan and protein powder 9 am idly and sweetcorn and tomato chutney 11:30am - 3 kerala bananas 2 pm - lunch- rice, keerai dal, moong dal kulambu, rasam, curd..beans gravy..- i was feeling hungry and sleepy.. so slept at 1pm and got up with headache at 2 pm and had food.. but bad day... headache continued till today morning.. evening 4pm - mosambi juice.. that didnt take good.. sour.. felt like vomitting afterwards 7pm - sweet corn 8:30 - 1 dosa.. mom prepared egg burji for night dinner.. due to headache.. went to bed early thinking i will have dinner later.. but didnt eat..
