Day: 9 of 100 Date: August 9, 2021 Time: 5:02 a.m. to 5:17 a.m. Duration: 15 minutes Experience: I am taking Orion for an electrocardiography today and I thought I will have a lot of agitation in my mind. On the contrary, my mind was serene and focused on inhalation and exhalation with acceptance. Rhythemic cycles with approximately 4-4.5 cycles a minute. Pleasant and calming experience. One or two thoughts at the beginning but disappeared in 2-3 minutes.
Date: August 9, 2021 Time: 4:15 am to 4:45 am Duration: 30 minutes Experience: Left leg fell asleep. I sneezed twice in a row. At what point can i increase duration, I do not know.
10 Aug 6:30 to 7:00 am Half hour Listened to the music and did some om chanting. Feeling bit normal after a long time.
Day 10: 10th August 2021 Time: 11am to 11 : 06 am Duration : 6mins 39 sec Experience: chose a wonderful flute music What a beauty it was.. Timer was set to 12 mins. Damn the ad in YouTube interrupted the meditation but I don't know that 6.5 mins I was immersed in that flute music and nothing else was there in my mind, the beautiful music and my breaths. Okay I'm buying the calm app.
Day: 10 of 100 Date: August 10, 2021 Time: 6:08 a.m. to 6:20 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: Rhythemic inhalation and exhalation achieved in 2 minutes. Acceptance theme helps calm down a lot of agitations and turbulence in the mind. Sublime experience towards the end of the meditation. Felt some hip pain during meditation. I used to send healing energy to all those niggles a few years back and I need to learn how to do it again. I feel when meditation is done with the intent to watch thoughts with no labels attached, it is more relaxing. My sleep pattern has emerged into one of sound sleep for a shorter duration. Whenever dominant thoughts occupy my mind at work or home, I am recalling the calmer mind during meditation and tell myself it should be doable under any condition.

Day 11: 11th August 2021 Time: 7 40am to 7:50 am Duration : 10mins Experience: what I observed is doing a morning meditation , my mind is all over the place. The first thing I do as soon as I wake up is put a to do list for the day and then I sit for meditation. So I see my thoughts are only jumping on those tasks. But the afternoon or evening ones are working better because few of the tasks for the day are completed and I'm at much peace. Today was hard one because as I mentioned ky mind was on the tasks which I had just noted down. I was very agitated that this was happening and I could not concentrate much.
Osho too said something close to your observation. Finish as far as possible mundane matters or and chores and then squat for meditation. Mind likely less wavering and vacillating. It is more effective and efficacious at least for a while , when I attempt as soon as sleep embrace me for the night when I almost finished with all chores and important urgent routine activities. I read somewhere that devotee supposed to/ ought to leave all mundane interest including Kama krodha & desires for a while just before entering the temple /sanctum of Khajuraho!
Day 4 of 100 11 August Time: 6:40-7:00 am Listened to music and did some om chanting. Not able to concentrate much but experiencing less negative thoughts.
