Day: 42 of 100 (Saturday) Date: September 11, 2021 Time: 6:33 a.m. to 7:33 a.m. Duration: 10 minutes Experience: Very calm mind achieved soon after the start of the meditation session. This calm mind helps me to think better throughout the day and therefore, it is helpful to meditate and remain calm first thing in the morning. Theme for the meditation continue to be equanimity and find out what trips my mind to reach the extremes of emotions and how to bring it back to neutral state. My thoughts race me to the past and the future and hence when I become an observer, I separate myself from my thoughts resulting in calmer mind.
