Day: 27 of 100 (Friday) Date: August 27, 2021 Time: 11:12 p.m. to 11:22 p.m. Duration: 10 minutes Experience: I couldn't meditate in the morning due to early morning international call and hence I decided to do the meditation late in the night. Even though I concentrated on inhalation and exhalation cycle, the mind was racing so much. Every second of meditation is focused on time and I couldn't concentrate for more than 10 minutes. 10 minutes felt long. I realized focusing on satwic qualities before going to bed (when my tamosic qualities are dominant) is outright wrong for me. Day: 28 of 100 (Saturday) Date: August 28, 2021 Time: 6:50 a.m. to 7:02 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: Very pleasant experience. Breathing cycle was rhythemic with better control over the mind. Limited thoughts with so much concentration on breathing cycle. 12 minutes passed so quickly. I felt extremely calm after the meditation.

Day: 29 of 100 (Sunday) Date: August 29, 2021 Time: 6:50 a.m. to 7:05 a.m. Duration: 15 minutes Experience: The last 2 days of acceptance theme left. It is interesting my thoughts are associated with what I have not come to terms with perhaps giving me a message that I should accept and move on. Even though mind thrives in confusion, it also has a system to take thoughts and analyze. Very rhythemic inhalation and exhalation. Calmer mind during and after meditation session. No variation in body temperature. To me, doing meditation first in the morning works.
