Specifically targeted comments deserve to be reported. A lot of people do it on purpose. No denial here.
At times people are exploited on an emotional level and are asked for favours or loans. Always decline such requests politely. Its not possible to know the person completely, from their posts. Posts from a user cannot sum up what he/she could be in real life. Its possible that both parties share common interests and have similar thought process. Its possible that the member can be older in the site and in age. These do not make it OK to encourage such behaviour.
