Cases and severity of the new cases are steadily coming down across India sans the south (TN & Kerala).

As per a doctor in ESIC, Coimbatore, most new cases aren't that severe to be put on oxygen. The word 'herd immunity' comes to the mind but hey! let the experts and politicians claim these things.

This thread is more political than philanthropic because its clear here as they refuse to take in any other covid related news other than 'anti-govt'... but whenever people ask the posters here on why it is like this...they conviniently go back to 'people-pro' answers...

Not a fact. Who refused? We have fun, and much more in this thread. IL members should come forward and post whatever specific idea/notion that interests them. For example, in my searches on the fallout from the Covid situation in India, I read the paper by two guys named S. S. S. N. Rajasekhar & V. Dinesh Kumar about their concern with the blanket prohibition of all cadavers for use in medical schools in teaching and surgical practice. Although we now have a bonanza (is surfeit a better word than bonanza?) of dead bodies, the governments have put a kibosh on their use in academic instruction.

No questions asked about the quality of the replacement that is being projected.

Real life is no Lord of the Rings, Ramayana or Mahabharata for that black/white distinction between political heads. The number of civilians/kids death in Palestine or that Biden authorized the sale of weapons to Israel is proof of that.
