    These are the methods by which companies interact with customers.It helps to identify their customers and achieve their goals and generate quality sales.It gives a 360 degrees view of our enterprise as a result increasest our sale.It treat everyone as one individual and not as one group.So,their information from the CRM helps us to know them in a more better way and also to serve them accordingly.It also provides improved customer service.Allows to discover new customer.It helps to sell the product more effectively which would be beneficial for customers and the enterprise aswell.Structured and complete customer’s information helps to close the deals faster and in a more efficient way..
