    Hi theartisticone,for this design I have used Gateway paper.for the I have used parchment paper In one of the threads somebody had given the address of the shop where can get quilling tools.You can try there I think. Even in India flower punches are costly.Ani you know the shop I think.somebody was answering Ani's question.
