Saw a picture of a guy crossing a road with an oxygen cylinder, using the slant-&-rotate method. No safety-dolly for the cylinder, no safety shoes on the feet. Life hangs on a fine balance for this worker.
Yesterday evening I saw from my balcony, a truckful of such o2 cylinders got stuck due to right front tyre flat. The driver got down and telephoned. In less than five minutes another touch arrived with men and transferred the cylinders from flat truck to the other only by rolling parking the empty truck back to back to the flat one. I wish I had taken a snap. Thanks and regards.
