Cost estimation for labor and delivery in Hyderabad region ???

Hi All,

My hearty congratulations to all To be Moms out here.

Im in my 19 th week of pregnancy,Can anybody please tell me what all more questions should ask my doctor for my safer pregnancy.

1. I do keep a check on my BP and Sugar level.
2. She checks my weight evry time I go
3. Checks baby heart beat, and ultra sono graphy.
Can any body tell me what all more questions should I ask her.

From my end I want to ask her, few questions like

Will I have a normal delivery or C-section.
IS the hospital well equipped
Does this hopital have Neonatal Emergency unit.( suppose if the baby is premature or if any complications kind off..)

Can anybody please tell me if its a normal delivery , what is the price estimation in Hyderabad region ?

What is the prce estimation if it is a C-section??

Hi shilpa!

It's purely based on the hospital corporate levels and facilities

In an average it could be 22000-35000 for c-section

5000-10000 for normal delivery

Hi Shilpa,

One of the top corporate hospital in Hyderabad has package system i.e if it is normal delivery they charge around 35,000 rupees.

C-section charges depends and if the baby is premie or with some other complication,they do have neo natal care and charge around Rs8,000/day for the child,which amounts to whooping sum of money.

Hope i have not scared you and please do enquire about the quality of treatment and doctors reputation apart from charges in the hospitals.
