    Nice piece of information..
    It also fills your tummy, so that main course of food intake is reduced..
    For those who like, pappaya, eat lots. It so very iron full, calorie less, filling, tasty and Source of vit A. I am sure u all know, u need to supplement with milk, coz it increases body temp I think.

    Prunes and Raisins are good too. Banana increases metabolism, but diabetes people cannot take it. Apple with fruit chat masala tastes so good. Try those of you who haven't.
    Our south indian panchamrutham is a toungue tickler. Mix with jaggery, we get iron supply too :)..
