Hi all, I am great fan of chicken and always my cicken breast or thigh will be hard and not juicy. when i eat outside thai or chiese cuisine i find chicken pieces very juicy and soft. Please share your ideas to make the chiken very soft and juicy. plssssssss jyothi
Hello Jyothi If the chicken is getting hard and not juicy all you need to do is, before cooking marinate chicken pieces in salt lemon juice and haldi for 10 to 15 minutes then you cook it it will be very soft and juicy.
To make chicken soft and juicy the recipie below :- Clean and wash the chicken and cut them as required . Marinate in rice vinegar for 30 mins before cooking this will create the same taste as the restaruant ones
Marinating with curd,salt and turmeric powder for atleast half an hour would do.I usually do that way. When deep frying don't forget to beat an egg and mix with the masala coating.Outside would be crispy and inside would be soft.
