A complete woman judiciously manages her work{ whether she goes out for job or do at home} as well as her kids. Takes good care of her kids, husband and herself too. socialising with the neighbours and helping them in need. Manages all the financials at home, planning the budget wisely. Be satisfied with what she has and satisfy others around with a broad smile. This full cycle needs a lot of patience too. With all these virtues she definitely makes a complete woman

A complete woman is one who is able to juggle her work either at home or at work , care for her husband ,children ,in-laws as someone who is always there for them anytime of the day, never looks stressed out , smiles remembers everyones special days ,helps others who are her friends ,neighbours gives a ear to all their stories of happiness ,sadness at the same time having confidence, faith in god and looking after her self and being happy and positive with life.:-D

She must be a person to whom anyone can go to for advise, help --infact name it and her name comes to our mind.Some one dependable at all times, who you feel is as a warm person who you can run to. FOR HER HUSBAND SHE IS EVERYTHING--wife ,mother, friend ,lover,curtesan etc.For her children and family of parents, sisters brothers, in-laws she is a pillar of strength at times of need, a best friend to talk laugh and enjoy.For others she is the ever smiling.cool ,calm person one can speak to and ask for help, advise someone who never will NO----BUT YES,

A COMPLETE WOMAN

I really wonder when she becomes complete..........may be at the end of her life. A woman's journey in her various capacities continue......... we cant say till she achieves her goal because at times goal posts are dragged beyond the limits. A working woman has challenges in her career front so also in her family. Actually she walks and balances on a circus rope each time struggling to see the satisfied happy faces on each side. By the time she see happy faces on each side the smile on her face might have vanished. I request that her co workers and family understands her and adjust to make her a COMPLETE WOMAN FOR EVER.

the debate for complete women and suggestions which shows balance between home n work n judgement etc can be considered but for me very simple to choose a complete women as i wanna stick to basics

A complete women is
A LADY WHO IS A GOOD WIFE, GOOD MOTHER, GOOD DAUGHTER N DAUGHTER IN LAW this is enough to be a complete women

REST IS ALL NONSENSE TO BALANCE BETWEEN JOB N HOME ETC ETC BCZ IF A LADY IS HOUSEWIFE IT DOSNT MEAN THAT SHE IS NOT A COMPLETE WOMEN AND IF A WOMEN SPENT MORE TIME ON WORK / JOB IT DOESNT MEAN SHE IS NOT COMPLETE WOMEN AND ALSO IF A WOMEN MANAGES N HAS BLEND OF BOTH (home / job) DO NOT GIVE GUARANTEE THAT SHE IS COMPLETE WOMEN BCZ SHE MIGHT BE NOT A GOOD WIFE NOR A GOOD MOTHER WHICH IS BASIC FOR A LADY TO BECOME A COMPLETE WOMEN

While she is walking tight rope between'family'&'career','traditonal values'&'modern thoughts',what she chooses may not make her complete or incomplte,but what she is feeling while doing all this definitely makes a difference.

i mean, she could just be a homemaker,playing the role of ideal wife,doting mother,obedient daughter-in-law.....& so on.she could be juggling family budgets,gardening,hosting perfect parties,being everyone's agony aunt &all those roles of ideal woman set through centuries.but is she HAPPY & CONTENT doing all that?if its a big YES,then those feminists out there,dont go near her.

If she climbing career ladder with giant leaps & enjoying every bit doing that,thinking and feeling that she is made for better things in life than catering to husband's moods or kid's nappies then so be it :2thumbsup:


if she is balancing both these worlds(worlds as apart as they could be)adding an extra X everytime trying to play a SUPERWOMAN,then cheers to her.:-D

But if she is doing all this out of her 'CHOICE',feels happy doing so,feels liberated and finds an identity in whatever she is doing,then that would make her "COMPLETE WOMAN":yes:

let this world give her opportunities,options,encouragement&respect so that she can BE HERSELF and not someone who everyone wants her to be.

How i wish such a world would exist,where every woman is living by choice,living the way she wants &thus live the life of a COMPLETE WOMAN.because when she is happy she can make everyone around her happy.
