Constipation & Gastric problems during pregnancy

I am used to taking triphala and other laxative like senna for my pitta prakriti. I am not sure yet if I am pregnant but definitely planning pregnancy. My biggest worry is how I will be able to manage constipation during pregnancy?

Even Without being pregnant, I already suffer from constipation, heartburn, vomiting and headaches if my motions are not clear and I am constipated. Nothing works for me except these herbs. How did you manage constipation during pregnancy as you have written that you were used to take trifala before pregnancy.
