concentration issues in an 3rd standard boy

    Everytime i hear the same complaints from my ds's school teacher. He is not concentratiing in class, is very playfull, does not complete work or exams on time........other than this he is okay with studies but he wants to play all the time. he is not even ready to eat or sleep, cries everytime if i ask him to sleep or eat..............either it is play or TV or computer games........

    Help me what i can do to improve ...........thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    there are many reasons for concentration issues..one reason cud be high energy levels and restlessness.These highly energetic kids are playful all the time.

    Try reducing the video game . TV times without his knowledge and allow to spend more time in outside play to vent out energy.
    this will help to ease the restlessness and stay focussed in their work.
