Dear AKG117 I found this version of the sloka in one of the Hanuman Chalisa books: Aapdam hartaram dataram sarvasampadam lokabhiramam shri ramam bhuyo bhuyo namamayam!! ramay rambhadray ram chandray mansay raghunathay nathay sitaya pataye namahe!! nilambuj shyam makomalang sita samaropitvambhagam ! panou mahasayam kacharuchapam namami ramam raghuvanshanatham!! It has slokas from Ram Raksha Stotra and Ramayan.

Hi Rinky Thanks for your reply. This was the first slokam I learnt when I was a little kid and I have been saying this daily. My father would end this prayer with Sri rama ramethy rame raame manorame Sahasranama thathulyam rama nama varanane. This little slokams says that saying Sri Rama name alone is equivalent to saying the whole Sahasranamam. So dear it does not matter if we say the whole slokam in entirety or the condensed form. What really matters is our sincerity and faith. So go ahead and chant whichever is convenient to you. Lord Rama will be with you always
