Hi Friends,

We r planning to come to newyork by may 1 st week. My husband will be working in melville for one of his clients. I have a 4 yr old Daughter. we are basically looking for apartments with indian communities in the areas of long island and the rent should also be between $1000-1500. We r looking mainly near Hicksville, Hempstead, melville,livitton.

i recently moved to Long Island, I am with my family and my son is supposed to go to grade one starting from next academic year, My office was in commack and i was looking for an apartment near that place, but in Devenshire hills at commack they told that that 3 person cant stay in 1 bedroom apartment as per their latest policy, and The hawthrone cout at cenrtal Islip i did not choose bcos the elementary school ratings were very bad, and all the Howthroce court properties have high lease breakage charges so finally i moved to Sunrise gardens at Bohemia.

Thanks for the information. i would like to know if there are any other indians staying in your apartment.Do you have any schools nearby, because i have a 4 yr old daughter. And also suggest me with other gud places in long island which will be nearer to melville.

I am Rajahamsa,

We are planning to move to long Island in may long week end.( may 25)

I need help in finding single bed room apartment.
I checked with Devonshire and Hawthorne not satisfied with both.
I am looking in Hicksville, Hauppauge, deer park areas.( Near to edge wood. My husband works there)
