coconut and Milk kheer

    It is so simple to prepare:
    Ingredients:
    Coconuts - 1
    Jaggery - 250 gm (powdered)
    raw rice (handful)(soaked in water for five minutes)
    Ghee - two tablespoons
    cardomam - 2 (peeled and powdered)
    cashew - 6 (chopped into small pieces)
    Method:
    Take the coconuts scrapped. grind with rice with some water to the semi liquid level.
    Keep a pan in the stove and on heated,pour the grinded one and leave to boil well. once boiled put the jaggery and stir without break. On getting all the jaggeries dissolved, put the cardomam powder. Fry the cashews in ghee seperately and put on the kheer before serving.

    It is good and delicious one to all ages. Those who wants may sugar in the place of jaggery.
    (It is prepared by me when we puzzling what to do with the balanced coconut after a function in our home)
