CMAs or CMA candidates??

Me too happy for your quick reply...thanks I'm Uma, finished M.B.A (finance). I finished cost allocation techniques, now m studying cost accumulation systems: today's topics are - job order costing & life cycle costing. My plan is to complete atleast 1 unit a week... How about your plan in study patterns? plz share your idea...our time is too short for may, but we should appear for the coming window.:thumbsup

Hi Uma, you are way ahead of me I guess, I have juz finished budgeting in sec A (finally ;-)). Did u finish Sec A&B or u started with Sec C right away??? I can also start sec C and catch up wid you, skipping sec b
I have a question...can we appear for part 1 in june??? I definitely want to write in may but just incase ;-)

of-course nithya we can take in june too... Actually, m planning to schedule an exam in june but aim for may that will work out in june...its a mind set for me You're right, I juz skipped unit 1 & 2 and started from 5th unit bcoz easy topics (absorption, variable costing with complex calc) Now m in 4th unit - topics are job-order costing, Life-cycle costing, process costing, Activity-based costing. which material are you using right now? when r u gonna register with IMA or already registered? Am I asking too many questions??

 

You are absolutely right. we will aim for may. Then we should be good for june :-D havent registered yet. May be towards the exam date, like a month or so. I am using Hock materials. I guess the order of topics are different in gleim and hock. Hey why dont we mail eachother. We can discuss the topics in detail. wat say? I will inbox you my id.
