Clean India Campaign

Hi friends,
As a part of 'Swach Bharat' Campaign announced by our PM, we see many cleanliness drive initiated by various celebrities and NGO. Though am happy about our PM initiative, will it be really helpful to See the 'Clean India'? People will always feel the public place as granted one to do watever they want,either spitting,throwing garbages and use as a toilet. I got irritated so many times seeing all this and if i try to advice them, i got only rude reply.We should try to keep our sorrounding clean first rather cleaning the places.As a citizen, isnt it our basic responisibilty?What's your say on this
