Clarification needed:peru jeeragam creates infertility?

    i read in a book from rajam murali(R.M. medicals founder)that adding peru-jeeragam(dont know in english)in tea will make you lose your baby fats..

    So im drinking like it as past 3days.....suddenly i read some were that Peru jeeragam creates infertility...so im confused..

    Anyone can clarify me?

    Hi Rosy,

    I am not sure about infertility...but my when I was due for my labour my MIL dry roasted peru jeeragam and poured water and let it boil and then gave me the water.

    She told that it will increase the contraction of the uterus and will help in labour...

    So i assume it may contract the uterus so in case you are planning for a kid that is not good....but please check with a doctor regarding this because i am just co-relating things..

    Im not presently TTC but it will affect by future ttc????
