Circles, Squares...Triangles definitely not Geometry...

Hi Friends,

A salwar top (tunic) badly stiched, a thick canvas used at the middle, completely blank. Wonder wat went thru Tailor's head while making this dress. Did he have a bad day at home? did someone shout at him for a bad job done? What was the reason for making this dress lack-in-luster?
This dress was sitting in the shelf for over a year. Images are here for you to see. I had to get a small band of cloth attached at the top to cover the deep neck (uh!!). then the width had to be corrected too.....I was very upset with this tailor and swore that I will never get a dress stitched again from him...until one day Chitramam stepped in to guide me....and the results are in next post

Hope you will also like this work as much as I do now. Though it is not perfect, I quite like it ...b'cos it was very difficult to even push the needle thru the canvas lying beneath the centre piece.
