Dear Maami, We missed you so much.. Happy to see you back!! Have been trying quite a few from your collection. I dont remember all of them but some of them were avial,tomato kuzhambu sadham, channa mint pulao and my other regular dishes like Oats adai, macaroni bahalabath, bulghur bisibela etc., I wanted to tell you about the new combination of dosa batter I tried - Barley,Brown rice and urad dal. It turned out pretty good actually. I am going to be out of town for the next two weeks for a training. More FBs after coming back! Take care, Aswini

mmmmaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmmmiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii :bowdown:bowdown:bowdown your back yipppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :thumbsup i wanted to share so much with you first things first for krishna jayanthi i made 2 kosimbiris, beans parupusili, potato, morkolambu, rasam, vadai, besan payasam, uppu seedai, panchamritam. had a guest over for dinner. hubby was simply thrilled with the food. told me to say special thanks to you, told him thatyou were not on the forum at that time. so a get well soon from him and me to you. after two days i had a family over for dinner made mix vegetable, mexican rice, jeera rice, pineapple rasam, ball and stick payasam, moong dal vadai and potato bonda and served them on partypicks/toothpicks. then for the mangala gowri pujai on friday - the last friday of the puja - had called 3 ladies home for vettalai paaku - made coconut rice, thayir vadai, chick peas sundal, chana dal payasam. for pillayar chaturthi - made 5 karam and 5 sweet - coconut rice, ellodarai, vadai, kara boondi, kara kozhakattai kozhakattai, pal payasam, panchamritam, sweet boondi, vella aval in the evening i had guests over and the naivedyam was thayir vadai, pal payasam, kozhakattai next day for the morning puja i did chana dal payasam and panchamritam before visarjan we did another puja for which i made coconut rice and kozhakattai coconut rice, sundal , thayir vadai and kozhakattai are a big hit with my hubby and all the guests maami thanks to you i am literally drowning in parattu mazhai :thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2:

I invited my Uncle and Aunt for Ganesh chadhurthy and make Kozhukkattai, Urad dhal vadai, coconut payasam along with Beans paruppu usili, White pumpkin kootu, Nellikaai pachadi, paapad, Mixed veg. sambar, Kalyana rasam........ for Ganesh chadhurthi.
