Chitummaa... Today made paruppu potta vathakulambu... as you have mentioned its has a mixed taste of sambar and vathakulambu.. very less ingredients ... I made it with brinjal actually wanted to try with sundakkai, but had a doubt whether N will have it... I"m happy that she is liking veggies now... i was seeing pitlai other than banana flower with what else i can make it.. few days even i was planning to make usli and store it in the fridge its now seeing R's fb feel like doing i today itself... its always handy...

hai mam, Today i made mangai thengai pattani sundal (cud remember marina beach). More pattani was remaining so made mattar paneer for night. oohoo so tasty and i added more pepper and chilli powder so its more spicy too just tasted it. We still didnt have our dinner will have that and inform u abt my hubby comments. Ofcourse forgot most of the ingredients ginger, greenchillies, curd, pepper powder and added that in later part. (lady ghajini). And one more thing also i forgot that i should not cut paneer before room temperature. Have to improve my memory. thanks for sharing such a wonderful recepie mam. with love, latha.

Vahee, first reply for the "missed" post. P PVK s a combo of sambar+V K!! I think you can try this pitlai with brinjal &b bittergourd also though I have given the latter.. Y day I too made curry leaves thokku on reading a FB. If we make with 1 cup leaves, it hardly lasts or the second day!! :drool Ladies fingers taste best in sambar vathakuzhambu!! Thanks, Vahee.
