Dear Chitra Ma;am How are you?Happy to see your posts. I regularly bake breads Your recipes have inspired me...Like you,I love oats bread,so do my family.One small query about that,every time I bake it looks good,but when I cut it it comes out in small pieces,why so?What is the mistake?One more query can they be baked in microwave convection oven.What sort of vessels should we use? My dear Chithra, I am so thrilled to see you back in action. Two weeks back I baked 'Dates walnuts and fig bread' from your treasure trove. I turned out very well. We all had a fun time eating it.
