Dear Mami,

back.

There was never a doubt in my mind about you being back here very soon . Need I say how elated we are to see you here.

During this past month..there were many repeats. The the one that I must mention to you is my trial with Thengai Buns. It came out very nice and tasty :cheers.
I tried even the maida bread..but this time it came out less soft. The crust on the top was a bit hard. It did not come as soft as my whole wheat bread that I did some month back. Will try again soon.
