    HI Hi Mrs.c,

Yes, yesterday, went to my friend's place and they were all so surprised to see such a twist cooking with(double decker) idly. No one could guess the method and thank god, all got cooked properly which was a big relief. LIke you said, high 10 mts and med/sim 10 mts together. Mine height was little taller than yr image, hence that problem. Did not leave anything at home, poor my daughter was saying that she was ready to eat more if any, felt really bad...Funny thing was a couple of my friends were literally memorizing the recipe while eating, interesting, isnt it??

Thanks again for tolerating all my disturbances over the phone!!

Vijaya, you are one great cook coupled with luck! When I posted Condensed milk mysorepak., so many tried it with gusto, but many did not get mysorepak, but only halwa! The trick is in frying it very well on a low flame. Good job!:thumbsup
    Thanks for all the FBs!!
I am glad you visited me :biggrin2:

Dear Chithra made the moong dal paneer paratha 3 days back for my lunch, coriander rice for R. I loved the colour of the stuffing, yellow/green/whilte. I had homemade paneer (milk spoiled), so made it. The parathas tasted best when I had them for dinner, the pudina taste was awesome. Eve R commented about the pudina flavour (he just tasted it as he is not much interested in moong dal).
You know, his protein leak has got arrested in 4 week period with my cooking. I avoided dal as much as possible (not even milagai podi for tiffin but various chutneys only). The doctor was happy about that. R admits that this diet period food was really tasty that his usual food, howzzat?
