Priya, nice combo. This dish cannot have much gravy - it can only be semi-dry.
Please fry paneer in the way I have given in S by S. If you cube & fry, it is sure to get stuck.
Breadfruit looks like chakkai, but is more like potato when you cut and use it. It is not available here & so, I have not used it much.
    Love,
    chithra.

    Dear Mrs. Chitvish,

Though it has been long since I wrote to you, I have been having a look at this forum everyday and seeing all your postings with awe!

I have become a big fan of your recipes and also your attitude in life!

I have been trying so many of your dishes, but do not get time to give regular updates:

    1. Made carrot-cheese paratha (added a bit of beetroot also in it) - We loved it and it was so soft. I even get new ideas for parathas seeing your recipes. Thanks for them!

    2. I make your rice varieties often - paneer capsicum rice, capsicum rice, ghuska biryani, masoor dhal rice, etc

    3. Desserts - Love your variety of recipes. My daughter has asked for a cake this weekend and will give feedback on that too.

Whenever I am in a bad mood, I come to your forum, see the recipes, feedback, tips, etc and I feel better.

    Regards,
    Vidya

Dear Vidya, what you write is very flattering, can't help saying!
It is only in our hands to brighten ourselves up when our moods 'dip' :-(
You can make your own combo parathas - it is enjoyable!!
    Thanks for your FBs.
    Love,
    Chithra.

Kripa, if you get only arai ulundu you better coninue your 3:1:1 proportion.
    Love,
    Chithra.

Sorry, Priya; but I think I posted you a reply/?:idea
capsicum stir fried rice scores with its flavour. Since I want you all with children to make cheesy macroni , on demand, that I posted it by the MW method.
Your interest in cooking makes me very happy, Priya! :)
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear C

Made my favourite caramel popcorn yesterday....! Absolutely loved it. For the popcorn, I found a tip to add just a couple kernels in oil. When it pops added the rest and swriled the closed container. This yielded a bountyful batch of evenly cooked popcorn with just one or two kernels left out. I had tried another proportion of caramel popcorn before, but felt it sugary and was left with more syrup. Yours is foolproof...:thumbsup

This morning, made one whistle greens for the first time. The best part is, I could visualise the recipe from the step-by-step pictures and when I checked out the recipe after I made from memory, I was perfectly right( barring the amount of greens and tomato ). Many thanks for all your efforts to make life easy for us. I have started using PP more often now.

    -Gayathri.
