Dear Mam,

tried the receipe for mushroom stirfry rice.lovely receipe done in just couple of mins and had an awesome taste.

for tonight's dinner its palak paratha and alugobhi.the classic combo always.the taste was perfect and filling and also a visual treat.attaching a picture for you.

I made it for my brother who is a forced bachelor currently as his wife is away for her delivery. Any more such great ideas ideas that guys on their own can use to have a good but easy home-made meal?

Chitra Ma!!

Before I could reach for my phone and dial you, I have to congratulate you from the bottom of my heart for all that has happened over the last ten days I have been away from IL. It has been a extended vacation this time, and I am back all rejenuvated. Work has as always been absolute pressure!

Would you beleive it, if i say I made manoharam? Acho, it was so so yummy!! I have always been such a rasigai, that now total surrender! Enga paati was so so suprised! Her expression was "bakshnam ellam theriyuma???" The literal words were - " I only thought u learnt cakes, but this is absolutely fantastic". I owe it all to you my guru! Oh, and also made HC buns again for my trip. Could not try khara though! :-(

I am looking forward to meet you as soon as possible, to share all those fantastic things that I have to say!

My dear dear Chitra mam ,thank you so much for making my daughter do all the cooking,because very rarely only she used to do something before marriage. Now she is giving me recepies. And I am trying also. Today I made sago upma for my second daughter for snacks. She liked it ,and it was tasty.
