    Dear Chithra,
the first thing I did today was this chocolate cake. It gave me lots of hurdles, the fuse of the house went off as soon as I switched onthe MW along with the OTG. Then had to wait for the electrician to set it right. But it turned out well. My sugar was not sweet enough, Leo sugar. So the cake tastes less sweet. R likes it this way.The cake is verytasty and spongy. We can even do some icing, if needed. Prepration was easy too. Thank you. When is the plum cake being posted?

    Dear Varloo,
I have now packed up my OTG & use only MW convection completely for baking!! Here also, once the fuse blew when I switched on both simultaneously!!
I am posting the plum cake right here, now, for you! I learnt it in the Taramani Polytechnic in Nov 67 when I did the bakery course there. It is my best ever plum cake recipe!!

    Dear Kripa,
The neikadalai should not be kadak kada - somewhere you have made a mistake. please go thro' the recipe again.
    Thabks for the VKuzambu Fb!!
Only citrus fruit juicer, I have posted, gives non-bitter juice. If ground, the bitterness will be there. You cannot avoid it.
    Love,
    Chithra.
