    Dear Raji,
So you added coconut instead of coc milk?
Good. It is, as you say, ideal for packed lunch.
    Thanks.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Latha,
    Oops ! I missed out !!
Sieve 120 gms icing sugar & 2 tbsp cocoa & put into a pan with 3tsp water & a few drops of vanilla essence.
As soon as it reaches a coating consistency, use it.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Vivbass,
If you roll with pressure, the spreading will not be uniform thickness. Just roll without pressure - it should turn on its own.
For rotis, nothing but practice is required.
    Good luck !
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Hello mam,
weekend feedback 2 u .i tried ur receipe for iyengar bise belae bath which u had posted in the karnataka receipes section ,it was very tasty.
for the evening snacks 2day i prepared the "sago cutlet" .i followed ur receipe up 2 dot as far as my knowledge but when i patted some n put for deep frying after sometime (abt 5 min)the cutlets loosened in oil.then i some how finished the remaining dough by adding cornflour.
mam wht might b my mistake in preparing the cutlet dough?pls guide me.in such case wht shld i add a little bit more of ingrediants only like peanuts ground or potato mashed?

    Thanks n warm regards
    Raji

    Dear Raji,
    Thanks for the FB.
    I have posted
receipe for iyengar bise belae bath which u had posted in the karnataka receipes section
in bhaths thread as Kadambam !
Sago cutlet depends entirely on the quality of the sago. It has to be the very firm variety. Yes, you can add cornflour as a binding definitely.I hope the oil was quite hot & you did'nt turn it over till the underside was well cooked. That can be also a reason.
    Love,
    Chithra.
