Nice to hear from you, Laxmi !

Pattani sadam is typically south Indian in taste & Peas pulao has a typical north Indian taste ! Any salad when converted to raitha goes well with rice.
Thanks for the F B - hopefully, first of the many more to come ?
    Love & regards,
    Chithra.

Masal kizanga? - mouth is watering !

Mangalore rasam is a jiffy rasam, which does not require dhal water & is ideal for rasa vadai also !
    Thanks for the feedback.
    Love & regards,
    Chithra.

    Hi

    HI Chitra,
Made mouth watering Masala Paratha with Jain sabji yday night for dinner! I never thought Jain subji would taste that good without garlic and all! Your recipes are always super hit!!!! I have another request. I am not sure if you have posted sandwich recipes. I remeber having different varities of sandiwched in bangalore, grilled and non grilled ones with Indian curry inside! Can you please post some of those when you get time!

    Thanks,
    Laks

    Hello Lakshmi !

We always think onion add to the taste of the dis - but I find that if there is no onion, the vegetable taste stands out !
    Yes,
    I shall post a few fillings for sandwiches - I remember I posted a few in I T !
Living in Chennai, my range may be limited !
    Love & regards,
    Chithra.

    Wed & Thurs FB

    Hi Chithra Maam,

Made masala dosai & chutney on Wed. and that was a hit. We simply loved it.

Last night for supper we had crusty Italian bread with onion, cauliflower & potato masala kuzambu. 'Pramadam'.

Now every time I prepare something my daughter questions whose recipe is that. We're so addicted to your recipes. Finally I've found a way to my family's heart :tongue .

    Love

    vls
