    Feedback - kollu chutney

    Dear Chitra,

    just finished breakfast.
hubby wanted kollu dosai again and I was more than happy to oblige.
prepared the kollu chutney & coconut chutney to go along -

for kollu chutney - took 1/3 cup of kollu; a handful of small onions; a small piece of tamarind; 1 tsp urad dal; 8 red chillies & rock salt.
the taste was tooo good. the fried kollu when ground gives a beautiful flavour.
thanks for such simple but healthy & tasty recipes.

    Love & regards,

    Super Channa Batura

    Hello Mrs. Chitra

Yesterday, made Channa Batura. It was very good. Everybody at home liked it. I used half maida and half corn flour. It was crispy and puffy even after some time. Once again thanks for the recipe.

    Regards

    Cauliflower Kofta Pulav

    Dear Chithra

I tried your cauliflower kofta pulav yesterday and it was really superb. It came out so well with all the spices you had mentioned. Dhaniya grinded with other ingrediants did make a difference.

Even my 2 yr old loved the taste. Thanks a lot for such a wonderful recipe.

I do have one question. my koftas were very tasty but were very soft. Is that how they are supposed to be? Also i could taste the garam masala and other added spices in the kofta a little raw even after frying. I did fry them until it turned brown. Did i do anything wrong or is that the way koftas are done.

I am not sure if my explanation of the problem is clear.

Can you please advise on this.

    love
    vidya
