BTW, before i forget, antony the one who has showroom in ttk road ..yes he i the one..and he has done a lot of decent projects around medavakkam and nanmangalam..no high promises..suitable to middle class...
I was reffering to Antony furniture shop (not the builder's office) in NM Road/PH Road junction. It is opposite Ampa Skywalk. Do they have another showroom in TTK road. They had very decent prices of furniture at good rates but I found imported pieces to be better and cost effective. Anyway its off-topic to this thread. With this Chennai RE market catching fire, a good business would be to open a import furniture shop.
You did not know..i think was it doshi or jains who have their own interior person to do the job..and also some of the builders do have a interior person on contract.. and yes these days people are willing to pay premium. no wonder you find hafelle, kohler, and many other international brands having showrooms in chennai..
There feels a lull in re, but there is no reprive in the rates atleast right now. another major news is TVS is coming up with its first housing project near perungulathur..lets wait for the verdict..
How are plot prices now in the ECR/OMR belt? Shanvy, any advice on how to go about finding a genuine one for sale?

Real estate has changed a lot now a days, i'm searching online to find a villa in Chennai. There is lot of online real estate portal to find the best residential plots, i ended up at voora developers
what about the graveyard amidst the development @sakshidhawan i have seen live burning pyre as we cross the road close to this project. i know you have been promoting voora.. though i like the inside look, the outside approach as well as the graveyard definitely is a pullback..and a big no for me..
