Chicken mince – 1 cup (250 gm) <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas:contacts" /><st1:Sn>Onions</st1:Sn> (chopped) – 1 no Tomatoes (chopped) – 1 no Oil – 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves (chopped) – 2 tablespoon Salt as per taste Cheese cubes (grated) – 4 nos. Cheese slices – 2 nos. For pancakes Refined flour (maida) – 1 cup (200 gms) Cornflour – ½ cup (100 gm) Milk – 250 ml Salt as per taste Method: Make a smooth and thin batter of all the pancake ingredients. Pour a little batter in a non-stick pan. Cover it and cook till you can remove it from the pan. For the filling, heat oil and lightly fry the onions. Add the rest of the masala and the chicken mince. Cook till the meat is dry and cooked. Add the grated cheese and mix. Add salt and spices. Put the filling in the centre of each pancake and roll them. Place some cheese slices on top of the pancake rolls and melt them in an over. Serve garnished with carrot slices.
