Cheer at marathon

    Ladies,

    Am planning to go with family to cheer my friends who are running the marathon the upcoming weekend. I want to know what would be appropriate to do and take for them to cheer them.. Would any drink be apt to take? Would it make sense to take anything to wish well for them? Hope you have some suggestions. Thanks a lot!

    what did you take to server there??
    Its really a good idea to go and participate/help in marathone.
